What is the shipping policy?
Orders are only shipped within the 50 states of the United States. All orders are currently shipped with UPS. Orders can only be shipped to valid street addresses and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. You can select the shipping option you would like at checkout and you will then see the shipping charge added to your order. There are three shipping options available but not all shipping options are available in all geographic area. Standard delivery is the most economically and orders are usually delivered within 5-8 business days. Express delivery is a faster option and orders are usually delivered by the end of the second business day after the order is shipped. The fastest shipping option is Rushed Delivery and order is usually delivered by 3:00pm (Local Time) the next business day after the order is shipped.
What is the return policy?
If you aren’t happy with an item or your item is defective or it is incorrect you can easily return it. To return an item you first have to contact customer service. If your item is eligible for return then the customer service representative will provide you with a link to a UPS return label which you will have to print and attach to the package. Then you simply need to drop off your package at the nearest UPS droop-off location which you can find by visiting UPS’s website. In order for your item to be eligible for return your item needs to be unopened and in its original packaging with all accessories. In order to receive a refund you need to return your item within 30 days of the date the order was provided to the carrier for shipment. For returns that are not being returned because of damage, because it is defective or incorrectly shipped the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
